I'm Proud of the President.

The President was the Commander-in-Chief at his best in his speech to the Nation, and the democrats and the MSM were at their worst in their response, and leading up to the speech.

The President showed courage, patriotism, command of the issues, and a belief that our military can perform their duty successfully, and that the Iraqis can have a future of freedom and democracy if they step up to the plate and do their part. He also stressed that our country will be safer with a democracy in Iraq that will not be a haven for terrorist training camps and a base from which to plot attacks against our Nation.

The democrats on the other hand, showed cowardice, and a lack of courage which will encourage those who would seek to bring an end to Western Civilization as we know it, and discourage the Iraqis from pressing forward and fighting for their future of  hope and Liberty.

Given the choice to support our President in a united voice and send a message to the enemy that we will stand together to fight those who wish to destroy us, fly their flag over our Capitol, and kill Democrat, Republican, Independent and Libertarian , or send the message of disunity to the world and the enemy for the sake of their hatred of Bush, and their unquenchable thirst for power, they chose the latter. I am embarrassed as an American for their lack of understanding of this struggle that we face for the future of our Nation, and for their message to the world.

I stand in support of our President, our troops, and our Nation's fight for our future and that of the free world, and I reject the cowards on the Left, who put themselves and their power above Patriotism, and a clear message to the enemy that we will stand strong against all odds.

May God bless our President, our Nation and our brave troops, and may he grant us victory!
