It's time for our elected Republican Representatives in congress and the Senate to stand on the steps of the Capitol, and declare a Resolution for Success in Iraq. Forget about the Yellow Party, walk out of the House and Senate debate, go to the steps of the Capitol raise the flag, sing God bless America, and make a Contract with the American people and our brave troops, to support a resolution for Victory!
Here's a chance for those who truly want victory over terrorism, and victory in our work in Iraq for the men and women in uniform who are risking their lives to protect our freedoms. Here's a chance to stand and take the platform away from the cowards on the Left, and show America that we Republicans are united for Victory!
We resolve, that in order to protect and defend our Nation from those who would bring terror to our shores, that we united, pledge our support for the brave men and women in uniform of the United States of America, and to victory against our foe in Iraq. We support the surge of troops to gain control over the enemy, to secure Iraq, and defeat those who perpetrate murder against innocents. We resolve to support our troops in victory, as they continue our military's legacy of bringing the hope of freedom to the world.
